This course will explore transformation from the perspective of esoteric principles, leading individuals to turn within themselves and examine their own inner psychology. Too often, people approach change by attempting to modify external events, believing this will produce a different outcome. 'The Psychology of Lasting Spiritual Change' guides participants to the realisation that any profound change must be rooted in a deep inner reason, connected with a complete understanding of oneself in all aspects of one’s psyche. This course will reveal the dichotomy that exists within, which is the root cause of our continued suffering and which leads to the inability to produce profound change within our lives.
Change is the doorway to transformation and to uncovering a greater purpose to existing, rather than the repetitive monotony of life. Through transformation, our perspective is renewed, allowing us to perceive realities that were previously hidden from us.
This course provides an opportunity for participants to look within and begin to uncover their own psychology. Participants will learn about the limitations that we place on ourselves which prevent change, and how to move beyond these to the existence of something far greater.
Topics include:
- Why don't we change?
- Understanding the dichotomy of what exists within and how this prevents us from changing
- The laws and principles that exist in nature to make change difficult and how to overcome these
- Exploring one’s psyche: a study of the three brains (thinking, feeling and acting)
- Practical keys for change
- What is our true nature?
- Meditation
Each session is accompanied by a 30-minute guided meditation to assist participants to turn within.
